The industrialization of the project during all of it’s phases is closely monitored by our established quality systems:
- ISO 9001:2015 – Design, Construction and Installation of Metal Constructions
- EN 1090-2: Execution up to highest class (EXC4) of steel structures and aluminium structures – quality level prerequisite for C.E
- ISO 3834 -2: Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials
A detailed quality plan is formed by our quality department and it is submitted to the client for approval. A copy of this plan along with all the necessary documents will be available at the end of the project.
The traceability of the project is insured as far as the raw materials are concerned according to DIN18800-7.
The welding check is performed in accordance to EN ISO5817 and always according to the preformed quality plan that our quality assurance department will provide.
The quality department can perform any kind of quality control NDT (non destructive tests) that the client might request (according to EN-473).
